Payments update 28th Nov

We’re pleased to be in a position to let you know that your monthly payments should be being collected from today as previously planned.

If you remember from our previous posts, our Direct Debit provider was experiencing some issues and the system had been down since Thursday 9th November.  We were therefore unable to run any payments though it.  

We took the decision to we delay taking your next monthly payment, with a plan for us to request this payment on Thursday 23rd November, which we did. 

The system appears to be recovered now and you can therefore expect payments to debit your account today, Tuesday 28th November.  

(This includes Cheer competition payments, which should have gone through as planned.)

This also means that we are now able to take bookings for Holiday camps, 121’s and take uniform orders etc,  so we hope to see you at a Christmas Day Camp soon.
