WATCH WEEK: Monday 14th July – Saturday 19th July 2025

(NOTE: Monday athletes still have an extra class on Monday 21st July – this is a replacement class for Early May Bank Holiday.

This means you are welcome to come into the gym for the final section of class next week. We’ll ask you to take your shoes off so please be prepared with your best socks! 

Here’s the timings for each area of the club:

• Gymnastics (Pre-school and Express): Final 10 minutes.
• Gymnastics (4-6yrs, 7-9yrs, 10-12yrs, 13yrs+ and Fri Advanced at HQ & Sheredes):  Final 20 minutes.
• Parkour classes (ALL): Final 15 minutes.
• Tumble classes (Improvers, Intermediates and Advanced on Thursday at Goffs): Final 15 minutes.

Areas NOT participating in watch week:

• All cheerleading, supporting cheer classes and squad gymnastics

PHOTOS 

If you’d like to take photos of your athlete when in the gym you are welcome to, but please do this at the end of the class to ensure only your child is in the photo and not during group sections with others.
