Our new spring term will run from Thursday 4 January through to Thursday 28 March 2024.
However, please note that Sheredes classes will resume on Wednesday 10th January, due to a school INSET day.

Offering gymnastics, cheer and parkour classes where people of all ages and abilities can feel good about themselves, and achieve success in an atmosphere designed for movement, health and fun. We run classes at our own sites in Hoddesdon and Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, UK.
