Heads up regarding payments – Nov 15th

This message is for everyone who attends classes at Affinity and Sapphire regarding payments.

Hope you are well and enjoying your classes!

This is just a quick heads up to keep you in the loop with an issue that may affect your next payments with us.

Our direct debit provider, is currently experiencing an issue and has been down since last Thursday. We’re unable to run any payments though it. They are working to resolve things, but our gut feeling is this may take into next week.

We’re monitoring the situation day by day, and will keep you updated with any changes we need to make. Here’s our current set of Plan B’s for your information:

Next set of monthly payments – these are due to be requested at the weekend and debit from your account on Thurs 23rd. We may need to make a delay to this – we’ll keep you posted.

Ad hoc payments, eg uniform, holiday camps, 121’s – we’re switching to BACS payments for these in the short term until the DD system is back up. Email us to make bookings please.

Cheer competition payments – the fees for the Future Cheer Spotlight comp requested recently are currently on hold due to the issue. We’ll be in touch on when you can expect this to go out.
