With lots to choose from, be sure to book your spot to avoid disappointment.
For those that stay all day, we’ve an hour for lunch (please bring your own), for digestion and chill out activities. You can bring your own choice of entertainment during this break or join in ours.
FULL day Holiday day camps are suitable for those children of school age – reception year and upwards. Children starting Reception in September 2025 are welcome to join our HQ Gymnastics Day Camps for Half Day.
Please can we ask you to NOT send your child in with any nuts or shellfish as we have children that attend these sessions that are very allergic.

Offering gymnastics, cheer and parkour classes where people of all ages and abilities can feel good about themselves, and achieve success in an atmosphere designed for movement, health and fun. We run classes at our own sites in Hoddesdon and Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, UK.
