Hope you’ve had a good rest of the week. To follow up on my message earlier in the week, here’s how things are going with regards to our payments issue.
The Direct Debit system is still down… but is being rebuilt and is nearly ready.
As a result, we’re going to delay taking your next monthly payment. The penciled in plan now is for us to request this on Thursday 23rd, so you can expect payments to debit your account on Tuesday 28th November. This is dependent on everything going to plan over the next few days – so I’ll confirm with you when we know for sure.
Cheer competition payments – may or may not debit automatically when the new system is operational (place your bets anyone?!). We’ll keep you posted as soon as we know.
